The Sensex has hit a new all time high of 16,246.41, crossing the previous peak of 15,868.85. Earlier the Fed cut the Fed Funds rate by 50 bps to 4.75% and also cut the discount window rate by 50 bps to 5.25%. This triggered a huge rally in the US market as well as the Asian markets.

Ramesh Damani says the markets look good and will test newer highs. He says one should remain invested, as the outlook is strong.

N Jayakumar says the market may scale newer peaks sooner than expected. He says the limited participation and skepticism may work in favour.

So should investors look at cashing out partially, and if so, what should they look at selling? And more importantly, what should they look at picking up now?
